Criteria #1: Will the business go long-term?
The initial place you have to check is track record. Companies don't build companies...people build companies. And people leave trails Those trails are either filled with successes or filled with failures. ARIIX CEO Fred Cooper and ARIIX President Mark Wilson were the drivers behind developing a $500 Million per year, well-respected, international company in Network Marketing. They have real experience dealing with a big time MLM company. According to Tim their history is impressive.
Being well-funded is not the only requirement (Sounds like ARIIX had to show money away so it seems they're well-funded) But it is what sort of company manages or mis-manages three vital resources: Inventories, Employees, and Leaders.
Mismanagement of Resources: Mismanagement of inventories cause new companies to fail constantly in network marketing. ARIIX's Fred Cooper and CFO Jeff Yates learn how to manage resources simply because they made it happen for a sizable network marketing company already. They know they have to market all their inventory and pay all bills before they could turn a profit. Not merely do they know this, but they know all the important points on how best to do it.

Will the products attract customers instead of just distributors buying the products. If the products DO NOT sell outside the network then the furthest a network marketing company is likely to make it to $100-$200 Million per year but almost certainly won't go above that. ARIIX's goal is $10 Billion. The set of product experts that ARIIX is bringing to the table is quiet staggering and this all-star product team will get customers to reach for the products. People will demand the products and with this kind of enthusiasm that cause all price objections to go away. According to Tim, ARIIX can have products that sell outside the network.
Criteria #3: Will I be well paid for my efforts?
There are lots of compensation plan experts in network marketing, but ARIIX CEO Fred Cooper could be the guy network marketing companies head to in order to tweak their plans..and if your company can't get Fred to attempt to fix their plans they have to acquire a lesser expert. Fred realizes that by waving big checks you attract big leaders and big leaders require a big game to seduce them to build.
